My plan is to begin solving #Homelessness by being The First Administration to designate Federal Lands as United States Property which will belong To The Citizens of the USA rather than to The Federal Government.
I will designate some of the Lands as lands used to Boondock on, some of the land to place as many tiny homes on as possible using 1 acre parcels for each home, and building a "Community" Garden inside a Greenhouse for foods only, and another Greenhouse used to grow pot in. The entire "Community" will be completely powered by Solar Energy, and Wind Energy.
In order to qualify for the home, Every homeless person MUST get through drug rehab, and continued mental health treatment as well as Life skills classes.
