Cops Messing With The Wrong Lamborghini Driver

His Royal Highness,  Prince Adam Bin Alwaleed Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud knows that all cops, Highway patrol, and Canadian Mounties are so stupid, they don't  actually know the laws and ordinances they are sworn to uphold! Simply ask any of them to recite "Verbatim" any of the Traffic laws, Parking Laws, or ANY LAW or Ordinance from memory and NOT a single one can do it! See? This is proof that all law enforcement doesn't  know the laws they are sworn to uphold! Question is.....why are they Law Enforcement if they don't  KNOW the laws let alone International Laws???? 
His Royal Highness, Prince Adam Bin Alwaleed Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been through this same thing as I drove across the entire USA on my way back to California! Even here in California,  all Forms of Law Enforcement  think "They ARE The Law thereby ABOVE the law!

I started out, sleeping on sidewalks around The Downtown branch of the Library, and I met Christopher Lemeu, on the streets.
